So many books! I was like a kid in a candy store. Fantastic options and prices and definitely coming back for more books.

Awesome selection and great prices!

Most organized used book store I've come across. If you are looking for a particular book, they will let you know if it comes in! Everything cataloged. Everything recorded. Great people working there.

I visited the Book Rack while the wifey was shopping and found the place to be the perfect distraction. I could have spent all day browsing but 30 minutes was long enough to find two books that interested me. They had a huge selection on just about every mainstream subject. My favorite is all things military from antiquity to the present, including mythology, archeology and classical biographies. The clerks were courteous, knowledgeable and easily approachable. Best of all tho are the prices! I left with several books and the knowledge contained within is worth far more than what I paid. So if you're a worm....a book worm make sure you check out the Book Rack!

Thanks for checking with us! We trade books for Store Credit towards our used books, but we never pay money for books. What we take depends on how many copies we already have, who wrote it, what kind of book it is, its age and condition, etc.
Yes. Only if its in good condition, resellable, and they do not have too many instock already. Some less popular authors or genre's may not be accepted. Store credit only no cash.
Just call they have everything on computer .
not alot of comics are manga but a great store nonetheless
Thanks for asking! Our employees are wearing masks in the store and we're asking that customers wear masks also. We've improved the ventilation and filtering in our HVAC systems to provide more fresh air and remove more particles. We're quarantining all books traded in for at least 3 days before we check them in and make them available for sale. We're offering contactless payment options, as well as payment over the phone or by PayPal and curbside pick-up, for anyone who doesn't feel comfortable coming into the store. We've created 6-foot distancing between our associates and the customers at the check-out stations and we have hand sanitizer available at those locations. We're cleaning frequently touched surfaces more frequently.
They do have a section for both
Thanks for asking! We don't buy anything -- we only trade books for Store Credit, which will pay for part of your purchase of our used books. We never pay money for books. We're not a rare or collectible store, so you'd be better off finding someone who specializes in that merchandise. Unfortunately, I'm unable to recommend someone locally.
Thanks for checking with us! We are offering curbside pick-up in addition to in-store purchase. We can also mail books to you.
Thanks for asking! We have a small selection of LGBT books, but we don't get many traded in.
You would need to call them and ask
Thanks for checking with us! We give in Store Credit 25% of what we're going to sell the book for. We typically sell our books for $4 to $6, so we typically give $1 to $1.50 in Store Credit. That Store Credit will then pay for 50% of your used book purchase.
You need to contact book rack. This is a public forum--people helping each other
Thanks for checking with us! Unfortunately, we don't currently have a copy of that book. We'd be happy to put it on a want list for you and let you know when we get a copy in.
We have a variety of large picture books that people use as display books. They're mostly $5 or $6. We'll be happy to show you where they are in the store. Thanks!
We do have some used and new copies of books in the Warriors series by Erin Hunter. If you're looking for a particular title, just let us know. Thanks.
Yes. They do also have foreign language books
Dazzling Santos their YA books is a fairly good section. My 12yr old grandson loves to go in there and get lost for a while while finding some of his books. And price wise they are price well. If they dont have it they can order it for you. Stop by and have a look. Hope you enjoy The Book Rack.
We can reserve used books for you and let you know when they come in, but we're can't predict when that will happen.
Call the store....
Thank you for checking with us! We carry a lot of reading books, but we don't carry most textbooks. I'm sorry.
We trade books for Store Credit which will pay for part of your Used Book purchase. We never pay money for books. What we take depends on how many copies we already have, what kind of condition it's in, who wrote it, how old it is, how popular it is, etc. You get 25% of what we're going to sell it for in Store Credit -- typically, our books sell for $4 to $6, so typically you get $1 to $1.50 in Store Credit. That Store Credit will pay for up to 50% of your Used Book purchase or take another 5% off our New Books, which are already discounted 20% to 30%.
My wife works at The Book Rack. I will ask her to check for you.
We don't take most textbooks, although we'll sometimes take some of general interest, such as history, art history, or literature. We never pay money for books; we trade books for Store Credit towards our books. Thanks for asking!
We do offer gift certificates for any amount. Thanks for asking!
