The hardware store has a great selection of the types of things you would expect to find at a hardware store but much more. The staff is very friendly and anytime I have a question they go out of their way to help.

Big fan till Saturday; not anymore - Real water is tested when you are returning the product and not buying. When I went to return the product because it caused me $500 damage, store manager questioned me even if I bought the product from the store. This was after I shared the receipt through Ace app. Post that he went looking inside the store and came back to inform that I did not buy from the store. He told me to come and meet the owner. I insisted that I bought it from the store. Manager asked me to show him the place from where I picked it. I went ahead and showed him in his own store where the product was located. Found three items - disgraceful experience which now won’t be repeated. Again real customer service is when the customer is facing an issue and not when he comes to buy.
