I had to take piccolo to the emergency vet twice in one week for an asthma attack and then for abdominal breathing four days after the treatment. I had to leave him overnight the second time and that was one of the scariest times in my life. It's only been a day since I got him back, but seeing him resting and breathing normally again makes me so calm and happy that I don't know how to accurately put it into words. I'm confident that his new asthma will be manageable from now on and even though I hope I don't need to come back again, if there's any reason either of my cats need emergency treatment in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go to Happy Tails.

Our Fuzzy cat was in desperate need of attention and 4 other hospitals turned us away 😢 Happy Tails went above and beyond to help us. They explained details very well, went through the what if's and how it could end. Very OUTSTANDING group from the front desk all the way to the Dr.

It has a taken me a minute to be able to write this review. I hardly ever leave reviews but this one felt necessary… Happy Tails is amazing and really puts their patients first. My cat Pumpkin fell sick and I took him here. Although I ended up having to say goodbye to my best friend. They really showed compassion and did everything they could for him. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do but they did everything possible. It has been almost a month since losing Pumpkin and they have sent 4 different cards expressing their condolences. They are even planting a tree in his name. Losing a pet is never easy because they are basically family but Happy Tails really made it as easy as they could. My heart says thank you for taking care of Pumpkin in his last hours, and for showing so much kindness during this time. If your pet is hurting or sick please go here. They really do keep you informed (even when it’s 3am in the morning) and do everything they can.

Rediculous set up for monetary gain. NOT vets that care about animals. All about $$$ and tons of it. No real vet charges a $350.00 “biohazard fee” for a dog that isn’t well. STAY AWAY. There are way better emergency clinics that are in the area.

Call a specialist that deals with farm animals.
Hi Daphne, some of our doctors will see small exotics, however we are not exotic specialists. If you have any specific questions for our team please give us a call so that we can give proper advice. Thank you!
Hi Madelyn, We are emergency only and do not perform spay, neuters, or provide general wellness care. We do not make appointments and only offer care for sick and injured pets. I recommend that you double check which hospital it is with whom you have your appointment and call them to confirm. Thank you!
Hi Samantha. While we are not an exotic animal specialist, we can see rats on an emergency basis depending on what is going on. It would be best if you call our hospital if your rat is having an emergency so that we can assess the situation and give you advice in regards to the situation.
