Although the play area is nice, the running of the party room is questionable. First of all the birthday girl dropped her pizza and was told they would bring her another piece - never happened even though we asked several times. Then the ice cream cake was never served. Instead they cut up the adults cake into tiny pieces. When we spoke to the owner, we were told that we could “pick up a cake” today September 20th - the party was on the 16th. While things can happen, this is not the way to keep or treat customers. There are many kids party venues on Staten Island. I suggest going to one of them.

Thank you BoomKidz for an unforgettable birthday. Your place is amazing. Everyone had a real fun from toddlers to parents.

The birthday party host was excellent. However the place had a few minor issues. The air hockey was not working properly, the xbox area only had 2 working xboxes, the balls for the guns look like kids were chewing on them, and finally the character for the party was getting undressed in the front window when we left. That was very traumatizing for kids to see who though the character was real.

Yelena and the girls made my daughter's party top notch!! Loved all of it and my guests and their kids had a blast!!!
