Queen is a great instructor however the wrong date was put on my certificate and I never received the corrected one. This is very unprofessional.

I'm sorry i don't know how Mrs Queen get all these good reviews but my experience was totally different. I got my certificate back in August after a month of training. At the beginning of the class she told us to pass the National exam we will pay $150. After completion she said she never say that and the National was $195. I cashapp her the money and unfortunately i had death in my family right away and had to fly outside the country. She refused to give the money back saying she already send the application. I contacted her when i was back and scheduled to take the National exam. When I attended the class, she gave me the exam papers and registration paper to go home and do the exam and fill out the registration by myself!! I was surprised because what kind of exam was that? She told me to text her when I'm done with the exam so i can bring it back to her. I texted her 2h later that i was done but she never texted me back. I texted her after 3 days still not received any response. I went to the location to give her the exam paper but it was closed as most of the time. It's been almost 2months now. She's not serious and i did some research on her and the class she's giving and it's fishy. I googled the Medca exam and the price of the phlebotomy certification is only $137 or something but not near $195. This is a disappointment because i lost my time and money for nothing. This is so wrong but don't worry Mrs Queen karma is a f* bit*** never forget that. Update. I asked you if i can get the $195 back because i was going out of the country and i asked that less than 2weeks after I paid. It was not a problem. You are not responding at the question when are you taking the exam paper back and give me the national certification? I paid you for that. You are finally responding here but you're not able to respond to my multiple messages

After reading the reviews and doing some research on this company, finding a terrible news article on this place as welll, I will look into other options. I want to make sure my money is spent wisely.

Shady. Made a payment online for a in person class, never received any further instructions from Queen after stating I would receive a email with a zoom link. No refunds, so I disputed with my bank.

Hello Lisa, How are you? I hope you are doing awesome. To answer your question "accredited" means you can transfer credits to another college or school. We are not a College, however at the completion of our program you will be certified to work, you can also take the National Exam. With the passing of the National Exam you will be a National Licensed Phlebotomist, meaning you can work anywhere as A phlebotomist technician with the exception of California and Louisiana. Unlike other phlebotomy training's in this area you will not have to travel to take the National Exam as we are an accredited testing site...
Yes after completing your 6wks of training you take a exit exam with 100 questions then you get your certificate you also have to complete 75 sticks (drawing blood)
I had to pay 600.00 but it is not a good course. They often lack basic supplies. Your lucky to get 4 to 6 sticks (practice) draws per class. Open draw was canceled every day but one.. Most the time they didnt even notify us that open draw was canceled and we waisted our time and gas to drive to charlotte. Impossible to get 75 draws in that time frame. They even run out of gloves. I'd say go to another school. I only needed to attend so i could sit for my exam, i am an MA and have drawn blood for years..
