Beautiful urns and fountains in the outside gardens. Quality outdoor furniture includes natural finish and colorful Adirondack chairs and gliders. The indoor shop is a delight for the senses. Gorgeous accessories for home and garden. Michelle was knowledgeable and welcoming. Can’t wait to return to The Tree House

Horrible customer service, I was told that I was “insane” because I asked to buy the newer concrete stepping stones on the bottom of a shallow stack (each weighing max 5 lbs) that weren’t weathered and green with algae. I work in a garden center myself and we would have thought *nothing* of giving the customer the items they wanted!! Literally, everything on the property is for sale and it’s OUR job to access it. She was so rude, I was stunned. I’ll never support that business again. Do not bother shopping there.

One reviewer mentioned she felt her experience was bad cuz of her skin color but I recieved the same ignoring, then being rude annoyed I was there kind of treatment. I know other ppl in this area who have said they have had same experience. So I think it's just the store vibe tbh snooty.
