Ordered an Open Box Dishwasher on 3/17/22 and I have a receipt with delivery for 3/22/22. Since I didn't hear anything, I called to confirm. The woman stated I had no delivery set up, and the next delivery was 3/29. The store doesn't take calls directly so she would leave a message. Down to the store we go. There was a mix up and the dishwasher was traveling between stores. Weird because I took a picture of the dishwasher still on the sale floor. They had my phone # and email address and never contacted me regarding the confusion on their end. The manager we spoke to was not sympathetic or apologetic. We canceled our order and he could care less. No offer of a solution or compensation. We even paid an extra $200 for Customer Service we never received 🤣 We just received a call to confirm a delivery for the canceled order the Manager told us was not being delivered.

Best Buy does not stand behind the products they sell. I purchased ink for the HP printer, which I purchased at Best Buy. When I installed the ink, my printer indicated the cartridge was defective. So I took my receipt and ink cartridge back to the store. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager, Adam, came over. I explained my problem and that I would like a replacement or a refund. Adam replied, "I am not going to do either. He offered no other resolution. I will never buy any thing at Best Buy again. EBay is more trustworthy.

Went to Best Buy to get a new phone. Blasting pop music from the front of the store was horrible shopping experience. Made it almost impossible to hear what the salesman had to say or concentrate on what I wanted. I had to correct the sales person several times as he ignored the posted signs and tried to sell me the phone for $250 more than the posted price. He also failed to mention that the phone did not come with a charger, or that the supplied cable was not compatible with my old charger. He also told me they didn't stock the correct cable for my old charger. Not true. However they were out of stock. I got the feeling that these 20 year old sales people really don't give a hoot about their customers. If you go to Best Buy, do your due diligence on the web site before you go, or you will get ripped off.

Best buy does not really do camera repairs unless you bought the camera from them and had their protection plan. In which case they send it out for repairs or if they can't fix it they just replace it. Again the camera does have to be bought at Best buy with their protection plan.

Yes, I do believe they buy back devices from big companies. I'm not 100% sure though. If not, you can always sell back to other vendors, as well as online.
It happens to me as well 45min I waited on the phone then drove from ronkonkoma to the store and still no answer went into the store and then hung up with no help because they could not help me with my issue that I had a 😡😡🤬🤬
You have to set up Alexa to read and answer your E-mail...ie Gmail-yahoo-outlook. Once she is set up she can read and reply to your E-mail's
