I called about flu shots for children and low income residents of this county. I was told that they will NOT be giving the vaccines due to covid. So folks pray that you aren't poor or old or a child of low income because we are expendable. And they put on that they are so worried about the double threat of covid and the flu. They are NOT.

At colleton county health Dept, Mon, thru Fri appt, required
You you will have to go to the DHEC website and register online, they do not take walk-ins
There are only Preventive Health Nurses and Advanced Practice nurses. They occasionally take a walk in but for specific reasons and RNs are not always available. It is best to have an appointment. Call them directly 8435491516.
