I live near the front it very peaceful and quiet have great neighbors the one in front of my home is very friendly I really love it here the owner are very nice people I appreciate everything that they have done for me to make me comfortable thank you so much

The mobile home placement are not up to code. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to be 30 ft between. As I understand edge of home is15' from lot line which would be 30'between obvious not.(I could be wrong, as it has been yrs since I heard of this) So if it doesn't bother you, you'll be fine.

Update. The area your looking for is now Eventides apartments. Hubby tells me they tore Perts Park down in the 80's . I'm pretty sure it it's only been independent, my husband did the survey lay out for it in the early 2000's (could be wrong about the year) but I honestly can't remember what was there b4 that. I'll have to get back with you on perts park ,my husband might know.
