My daughter works here . She has been giving out advice and she is not a qualified therapist. That's against the law. Why did this place higher her and how do they get by with highering sub par help for people who need it?

Absolute joke of a place you call in twice trying to seek help and they tell you sorry to busy but will call you back and then never do, thanks for nothing you P.O.S.

Never answer the phone, and the people who do answer the phone are abrupt and rude. It's almost impossible to get medication refills on time, the phones just ring, ring, and ring and no one ever calls you back. Even when you leave 4 voicemails, whether it's on the medication refill line, the general line, any of the lines - no one ever calls back and you have to just cross your fingers that eventually after calling at various times throughout the day for multiple times you'll connect with a live person. Just terrible all around.

KBBH saw my daughter without my authorization. While her Dad is diagnosed by them with depression, they did behavior modification on my 3 year old daughter because he did not know how to parent. They wrote in the records they did CBT - however this was a reward and punishment therapy. When I found out because they are billing my insurance they put up a fight because they only want your money. Thank god for court orders. I will never allow this place to see my daughter again!
