Any time we’ve had to deal with them, it’s been a good experience and the staff has always been so helpful. Had a hospital bed delivered today for a surgery that was booked quicker than expected and they were so good about delivering it right away when I called and explained. Now it’s here and ready for when I get home and one less thing to worry about. Everyone I spoke to showed genuine concern too-they’re just a good local business to work with and good people working there.

I had to leave a review. I called and he told me the process to get my daughter nebulizer and they keep in contact the entire process. I went to pick it up and he went throughly the process of using the machine. It's rare you get great customer like that.

Peak Medical is a fantastic company to work with. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jordan has been amazing in all his help with a lift chair, transfer chair and wheel chair. I would highly recommend them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Got a wheelchair from them that gave problems from the 1st day we had it. When I finally got in touch with owner they were going to charge me to come fix it. They blamed the problems on my 87 year old dad. He can barely get around and could not have done that much damage to the chair if he had a hammer and other tools. They looked at a picture of the chair and automatically blamed my dad. The chair was a lemon from the Time it was delivered. Medicare has done paid and outrageous amount for the chair already, but peak medical is such a greedy company that they wanted to charge more money out of my pocket to fix a wheelchair that was defective from the start. There are better companies to deal than peak. No customer service. They will try to get every penny that they can from the insurance company and then try to get your money too if there is a problem. Go somewhere else for your medical equipment needs.
