Place an order online coming from Harlem GA.Drove 30 minutes to Augusta. I place an order for grilled salmon, blooming onion, Outback burger and three Caesar salads and I specifically wrote on the directions for extra dressing. Upon arriving home I did not receive any dressing for the salads. Very disappointed.

My family and I went out for lunch today at outback. Upon arrival we where seated quickly and our order was taken. We had a very sweet and caring young waiter. My husband and I should have left and ONLY ORDER THE appetizer. He and I both ordered the 15 oz ribeye steaks. My salad was ordered with ranch dressing and it came out with some brown nasty dressing ON THE BOTTOM. I ordered a sweet potato that was COVERED IN SURGAR( I believe the surgar bowl was dropped in it) . GROSS! MY STEAK WAS RAW. When I say raw I mean brown on the outside and red in the middle. I called my waiter over and I was like no. Look uh no! She said she was sorry and put in another order. I had to wait and by this time I'm feeling full. I didn't want to be rude so out came my steak. I wanted to at least taste it. I cut in to my second steak AND IT WORST THAN THE FIRST. BLOOD WAS RUNNING OUT. My steak was in a pool of blood. By this time I getting a little grossed out . Why am I being served RAW MEAT? I ask for medium well. I've never experienced this at a restaurant before. The waiter has apologized and removed the 1st steak from the ticket. So my husband suggested that we just take the second steak home and cook it for dinner. I didn't send it back nor bother the waitress. OH and my husband's steak was VERY RARE . His baked potato was hard. Outback ! This was our first and last visit.

Yes it does and they have the best customer service in this location. So please go and give them a try.
The onion was burnt,and so was the stake,later the waitress stated that we had the wrong meal never will go back
No, you don't need reservations. Be prepared to wait if you go during lunch or at dinner. Go a little early for each and you should be fine.
