So I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone between customer service and tech support. I was at my wits end and decided to stop by Verizon in Air Park Plaza. Earnie said he'd give it a shot but there was only so much he may be able to do. HE DEFINITELY UNDERPROMISED AND OVERDELIVERED! In less than 10 minutes he had my device up and running. I am so pleased with his professionalism and willingness to help me; not to mention the fact that he fixed a problem that 7 or 8 people I spoke to before couldn't. Earlier you ROCK!!!!

Really was impressed with the customer service at the Milford location. I got in and out fairly quickly and the Verizon agent knew exactly what he was doing. He was even able to wait on other people while helping me. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Verizon to everyone!

Iike anywhere else must wear a mask
Some phones are network locked until pd off, then usually a fee applies for switching to another. Call & speak with Jason - he'll help you.
