I'm sorry to say, but it's now been 3 times I have came to this post office and couldn't get in. Although the web site and the hours posted on their door says they close at 4, they were closed at 3:45 on two of these days and 3:50 at my last visit!! If you are going to be closing earlier than your hours state that you are- POST IT!!! Thank you, upset would be customer. However, I will say also when I have been able to catch them open they are a friendly staff, and eager to help you.

Lazy and very unprofessional. They keep postponing my passport application. Some people have to travel, unlike others that don't have that luxury.

Yes, mail can be held for a day or weeks. And all mail holds include packages. Postal staff are helpful and holds can be placed through "Informed Delivery" on the internet.
