I love this CVS location on Whiskey Road. The associates consistently provide premier customer service, never seeming to have a 'Bad-Day'.... I appreciate their helpful and willingness to make sure I feel valued as a CVS customer.

While I was looking at the vitamins I unintentionally overheard a conversation going on in the "vaccine" booth. There was an old man talking with the woman giving the mRNA gene therapy shots. The man asked her about possible adverse effects. She told him "I haven't heard of any serious side effects happening around here". That wasn't his question. He asked about possible adverse effects from the shot, not adverse effects in this area. It was a deceptive, immoral, unethical answer. I'm not sure if it is criminal, but it should be. The adverse effects are well known, and are listed on the CDC website. They are listed on the paperwork that comes with the shots. You should have educated him about the VAERS data and let him make an INFORMED CONSENT. Shame on you. My family will NEVER be doing business with CVS again.

Every time I come to pick up a script no matter the time of day there is always a long long with multiple people working in the pharmacy but only one for picking up. I don’t understand how all this people see a line and not try to help the customers especially when at least half are just standing around. It’s ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.
