After having mediocre experiences at two other bridal shops, I decided to pop in which was great because they don't do appointments! I was able to take my time and move at my own pace, no rush, no pressure. The staff is amazing (I got Ash from Charlotte) and she is so polite and knowledgeable. The inventory and prices are impressive. Needless to say, I found my dress here💕

I had an amazing experience here! I had just come from a different dress shop and was slightly disappointed but when my family and I walked in we were immediately greeted and brought to a suite. Karen was amazing! She was extremely patient, kind, helpful, and great at listening to what I was looking for. They were accommodating and willing to spend the several hours assisting me because I was quite indecisive. However I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. They were all kind and cheering everyone on when a dress was picked. She gave us time to go out onto the floor several times to find additional dresses and make sure I tried on everything I wanted. I ended up saying yes to a beautiful gown and we all enjoyed our experience there. They have a beautiful and bright space along with nice suites that fit 4 of us with some spare room comfortably. Karen did a great job and I truly appreciate her help during this process and that important decision!

I had an amazing experience here. I was nervous at first about the no appointment, but it turned out to be just what I needed. I spent about 4 hours the first time I went. I returned wanting to try on the dresses again! I’m so glad I chose to go here! All of the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful too. They are 100% no pressure. Enjoy the day, enjoy the moment
