Over the past few months I have had incredible experiences using Joe and the rest of the team at Laundry Room. I have been living at the O’Neill Theater Center and was looking for a quick / efficient pick up and delivery service. I got all of that and more. When I first was in contact with Joe (the owner), he went out of his way to accommodate the pick up situation, giving me and my colleagues a personal contact to reach out to, and very often even picking up and delivering the same day!!! It genuinely has been a lifesaver, and Joe is so kind to us every time. I can’t thank Laundry Room of Waterford enough for their kindness and timely manner. We will be using Joe’s services for a very long time.

I dropped off laundry for wash and fold service. The timeline was great and items are clean but the fold service is lacking. Almost all of my clothing is wrinkled, seems like it sat in a dryer for a while, and clothing is folded poorly. I had to re-fold everything once home. I don’t recommend the wash and fold service.

The staff is super nice outgoing and very helpful , super clean I’ve been coming here for a while a lot better than any other laundry matt I’ve been in years.

Clean and kind staff. I used the wash and fold service. I would go there again if need be but not for their wash and fold service. The clothes are partially folded and in in alot of disarray. I wish they just stacked the clothes within the bag. That way the clothes are more organized and don't need to be folded or refolded. It's a small issue. I just think that if you are paying for a folding service as well, it should be folded and more organized. It would also make transporting them much easier. Otherwise very very clean place and very friendly staff
