This is the best Subway in Louisville. Great customer service and fresh products. They are not stingy at all and put lots of extra veggies at No extra cost. The management is great too abs very friendly staff. Employees who wait on me see Alicia, Amanda, Jennifer, Kayla and they are all sweet ladies.

They were out of half of their menu items. There were 3 employees s working, but it took 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. Not sure what they were doing, but the dining area and the bathroom were disgusting.

Its been hit or miss at this location unfortunately. If you try the order ahead, the order will be completely wrong, if you order in the app not all features are available on drinks/sizes/variations of chips or add ons, if you order in drive thru everything you ask for doesnt always come out right, the dine in hours are all over the place ....... so it's a gamble at times if you choose subway anywhere honestly. Not sure what happened to the restaurant but it's not the same quality control or ingredients. Order online and it's never correct when pick up food. Even got accused of stealing a bag of chips that I paid for beforehand and never even got out of my vehicle but drove through the drive thru window. the manager said he knew for a fact that he put chips in my bag and claimed he watched store video footage of him doing that. When I asked to speak to the owner, suddenly the bag of chips was found in another subway bag on their counter. Needless to say, I'm DONE with subway. The food ended up making me sick afterwards and it was not worth the money.

SEVERE FOOD POISONING ALERT. I got a sandwich there 2/6/22 and the sandwich was burnt up and tasted funny but i paid for it so i didn't mind it but the next 2 days following i developed an severe food poisoning from it causing intense stomach pains with uncontrollable vomiting muscle weakness and headaches i do not recommend eating here.
