So I kept giving this place another chance since they are now the only BK in the area, but yesterday was the last time. I know the moz sticks were from the day before, all the food was cold, no napkin, no receipt, no sauces until I asked, no Coca cola products, only sweet tea or apple juice. Previously I had the one guy working make his own onion rings by breading an onion intended for the burgers, tiny bit of breaded onion in the bottom of the container, still charged almost $5 for a full size onion ring order. Often closed or won't answer during business hours even though they are inside, often one employee working by himself, food is cold and bad. What exactly do they have to do to be shut down by corporate? These same reviews go on for years. Take note of all the 5 star reviews referring to the manager as Big Man. Note how impressed they are with the fresh grease. Customers do not do this.

Terrible customer service. This location cancels my door dash every time. When asked why they tell me to talk to my driver… my driver doesn’t make the food? I’ve left voicemails including my contact information requesting to speak to the manager/ owner and I’ve never received a reply. This is not how you run a business especially on Hilton Head. Please fire all of your employees and close down. <3
