Where do I begin...A $300 sign-on bonus was promised that 6 months in I still haven’t received after working the 300+ hours as stipulated. I was also never offered the CNA class promised. I was assigned shifts over 40 miles from my home and the mileage promised was not issued until I refused to continue going and even then, the amount issued was not the amount promised. My job was threatened on multiple occasions when I was required to work hours past my shift without notice because my replacement was running late. I was scolded for saying that I have children and doctor appointments to attend to but not the person running late repeatedly. I was told that I would receive a pink fleece jacket for Christmas and I still haven’t. No one responds to emails or phone calls about my bonus never received. After speaking up and asking questions about these issues politely, I am no longer called for decent work. The owner Pradeep makes financial incentives and other promises that he does not live up to. The HR manager is rude and not helpful when called upon.
