Have consistently had reasonable service from this provider. Been using Aiken location for 4 years. Receptionist, Dr's/PA/Med asst all pleasant. The wait time has become longer for some reason, from 30-55 mins to 2 hours. But beats trying to connect with one's primary care of which they just don't answer phones or get back to you 2-3 days later after the fact. So, I feel a visit to drs care sites make sense. At least you know you will be seen.

Made an appointment online at 3:30 walk-ins were able to go ahead us there shouldn’t be a online portal if the Order the patients are being seen doesn’t matter

Receptionist, nurse, doctor & X-ray tech we’re all very kind and professional. They all showed care and concern for my injury and made me as comfortable as possible.Hopefully I won’t need their services again but if I do it’s definitely worth the wait time. Thank you very much for caring for me!

Yes you can get the test any day. I received my results before I left the office. It was quite a little wait. I am not sure about appointment you might check there web site.
