Overall very impressed with my experience. Got an estimate done and signed right after and within 6 weeks my windows were installed. The installers were very polite and professional. The office manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, definitely would recommend to others!

Do not use this company. My friend has waited almost a year for her new sliders, only to have installers partially install doors because they tore out old sliders before making sure all hardware was with new sliders. That was over 3 mos. ago, she can't access her new deck and this company does not care!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to get an estimate from WW since my parents had a really good experience in pa with them. Well, her not so much first the guy mark showed up in jeans, tie-dye shirt and a leather jacket. He also came a lot earlier without a courtesy call. Also, he just measured the windows and that was it. Didn't show us a sample or anything like that. Didn't go over the warrantees or financial options when asked he just said to call the office. Also, we wanted to get a storm door and screen door. Once again not shown anything I did ask if we could get the storm door in a certain color, and he said they all come in white, and you'll have to paint it yourself. No wonder why they are so cheap because they don't care about their protentional customer. We went with another company that was amazing plus our windows are getting installed a lot faster too.

I would encourage everyone to click on the tab to show lowest reviews first on this company. This will give a better picture of how this company does business. This is a very unprofessional company. I ordered windows March 1, 2021. I was told that install would be in July. The guy showed up Nov. 16 & 17, then didn't show up again until November 29th & 30th. He was supposed to call that evening to schedule another installation day but never called. When I talked to the office the owner said that he would check into it. They didn't show up again until December 10th and the guy worked 45 minutes and left. I have not heard from them since then. They still have not installed one set of my doors or trimmed out my windows and as you can see from the pictures of just a few of them he has made a terrible mess of them. I have huge gaps around the exterior so during the winter I am having to deal with terrible looking drafty areas of my home. I recommend that you steer clear of this company. I will update when the work on my home is completed - if it ever is...
