Had a horrible experience at this land order. Unfortunately my loaner windshield was hit with a rock while driving and suffered a small crack in the windshield. My insurance covered all the damages and I paid the 500 deductible for the damages as well to Parsippany. Since they could not fix the windshield in time they charged me 500 dollars claiming a “loss of use.” Since they couldn’t use the vehicle for two days, Which is unheard of and never explained to me when I picked up the loaner. It was a very simple crack which can be repaired in a few hours. This was very bad to do this to their customers. I definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone and on top of that they took over a week to return my phone calls when I was calling everyday to reach out to someone to explain this damage.
