Extremely friendly staff.. the woman who helped me was extremely courteous and helpful. I am very happy with the car I rented a Kia Forte.. great gas mileage.. Thanks to all the staff at Rent-A-Wreck / Priceless.. Definitely recommend.

Decent vehicle except the center cupholder was broken so our drinks were on the floor for the week-long rental duration and for some reason we were unable to hook up our phone like we had in the past with other vehicles we've rented from here. But that's our only complaint. We rented online and personally checked in on it a few days in advance. Check-out/return was fairly quick.

I went the day before as recommended by a associate to check them out. The staff didn't seem inviting. Nevertheless I asked the young lady about the rates on the vehicle, she told the prices and requirements and I told her I'll stop by tomorrow. When I came back in the next day the same young lady was there, still with the same demeanor, was a bit rude as all the sudden they didn't have any cars available UNLESS I had full coverage insurance. Which is odd because most people who rent cars don't have a car so why all of the sudden do I need full coverage insurance? Then when I asked her to explain the difference of the information I was told the day before she was very rude about it. I don't know how these guys are still in business?
