Okay I have written a review prior to this one! Now I would like to say Dorothy the GM was wonderful in resolving our issues. Now I commend all three ladies (Hailey, Maria & Dorothy) for their help and professionalism in customer service!

first I would like to commend assistant manager Hailey as well as her coworker Maria for the exceptional help that they have given us the last three times that we have been in the store. It’s not easy to find good caring employees so kudos to both of them that is why I return! No my complaint is store policy so I bought $300 worth of school clothes and the gym shorts for Langtree academy in the washing have all three pairs come apart at the waist band!! I brought the shorts in to show the manager but the manager Dorothy was not available the assistant manager Hailey helped and said that the only way they would be able to be returned was to be non-washed and have tags I get store policy. But how on earth are you supposed to know before you take the tags off and marsh them that they’re gonna fall apart? So I’m literally here this morning sewing three pairs of gym shorts 3/4 of the way at the waistband by hand because I don’t own a machine! I think the store policy is absurd and they may seek other uniform stores to shop at. Teresa Adams
