So I usually love this store but I left today for the first time irritated. Tech broke something during repair. Ok he’ll call when part to fix that comes in. I call a week later to be told part came in 4 days earlier. Because I couldn’t use several key features I was not pleased and as I was leaving said to Josh to relay to tech he should’ve called. He said he did then showed me a “New London NC SPAM” incoming call on my phone. WhY didn’t CPR leave a message? “they will when they can…sometimes voicemail is full…it’s a carrier issue how the # shows…My voicemail wasnt full so leave a message and if for any reason you can’t notify a customer to fix what YOU broke call them back. Just wow. Of course I get home to notice they didn’t put my case back on my phone (thin back cover. The front screen protector they remove can’t be reused and they don’t replace). When I called, lucky me gets Josh “it’s still here where you were” like I left it and it wasn’t behind the counter not given to me. One star for Josh the jerk and for CPR this visit because of him. CPRs new norm?

They did an excellent job repairing a water damaged phone and their job prevented further damage and brought my phone back to life. Most importantly unlike ubreakifix stores, they did not require passcode which I'm sure no one is comfortable to provide.
