I dropped off some hedge trimmers to be sharpened. 6 days later I call to find out the status and they say they are not done but will put a rush on them and they will be ready the next day. I come by the next day and they tell me they don’t sharpen my brand/type of hedge trimmers. Sorry. No one called me, no one explained anything to me and the store manager even ignored me. Very disappointed and they’ve lost my business.
