I stayed here with a group of Co-workers, in town for training. Check in was easy and fast. The rooms were clean. Although I didn't like the cleaning policy, it was clearly communicated at checkin. You have to notify the front desk 24- hours ahead of time for housekeeping to clean your room. After a long day at work, I always looked forward to the fresh baked cookies that were set out each evening. They were so gooooood!! There was one night they didn't get set out and I was bummed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The rooms have microwaves, which were great for warming leftovers up. I also appreciated the desk. It was nice to have a designated space to work and study.

Service, rooms, breakfast, and atmosphere were all perfect! We were here for a soccer tournament as were many others at the time. There was always plenty of breakfast and coffee. It was clean. The hall areas were a bit warm, so I'm not sure about if the AC was having issues. However, it did not affect our room. I will make a point to come back to this location any time I am in the area.

Beautiful area of town! Definitely not the typical aesthetic of a Hampton Inn which was nice to see! Staff was cheery and welcoming when we arrived at 11PM, provided waters and made sure we had everything we needed! Will stay here on return trips to Germantown!

Stay was acceptable. Room was quite nice for a Hampton. However, as a Diamond member who stays in hotels weekly/twice per week since the pandemic, I’ve made a point to specifically ask about the “Food and Beverage Credit” at check in, and again confirm refund upon check out. The staff at check in told me it was $25.00 for the stay (which sounded odd, but I’d never been to this location and relied on the staff to know their own policies), which I again confirmed at check out. Both staff repeated the credit, and at check out confirmed the charge would be refunded to my account. I called a couple days later on a Friday when it should have been updated, and the hotel told me a manager would call me back. After 4 business days had passed, I called again, and they told me they would not refund the charge despite the staff members error. I will most likely not be returning due to poor customer service.

We are located less than 15 minutes South of Interstate 40. Use exit 16 South bound toward Germantown and travel about 6.4 miles on Germantown Parkway. Germantown Parkway becomes Germantown Rd near the hotel.
We do not offer shuttle service. Hilton partners with Lyft. You can earn Hilton Honors points when you choose Lyft.
