Im the manager at this location ive taken this business under my wings and we has so far done a great job with customer service. Since I've been here i have two full pages of people who can not come back in here due to being rude, disrespectful, and just plain want to hang out. In every place of business there are rules and policies set in place to avoid certain situations. Most of the people that are giving bad reviews are the ones thats been placed on my bar list. We are very polite, respectful, and will assist a customer with usage of any machine this is our job. Yes the lady that work til closing starts cleaning around 8p.m. or 9 no one is going to wait til the last minute to clean. We have a lot to do as a cleaning process. The owner placed his rules and policies to protect the business and the workers as well as the customers. Being rude isn't our occupation here but we're going to do everything by the book. My suggestion to u as a customer is to treat others how you would like to be treated. We don't allow anyone to disrespect the workers or other customers. We has replaced all those washers that was shown in others reviews and repaired dryers.
