These people are rude I have never been in a hotel that had room employees the first room I had the ac didn’t work I was sweating then they moved me to another room that was a little better but the tv wasn’t working right the people that live here be up all night couldn’t get any sleep one of the employees just barged into my room didnt knock at all I would never recommend this place to anybody

This place is absolute trash. Pretty sure that it’s a place for druggies. Needed a room to stay after driving 12 hrs and first time in TN. What a mistake to pick this place! No shower head, dirty mattresses, no toilet paper or trash cans. The people at the front desk were rude. This place is better off being bulldozed to the ground.

It was late when we checked in. They did not have our reservation made throw booking.com then the sent us up to a room that the room number was written on blue painters tape and put over the old number. The key didn't work went down got a working key there were no mattresses and clothes and shoes every where. As I said late and we understand that they are remodeling. Went back down got another room . It was late and we were tired but when we woke I realized how dirty the room was. No trash can I'm the room floor is nasty and there is no hot water. There are filthy mattresses in the parking area. Not what you'd expect from an Extended Stay America. The manager doesn't feel like I should be refunded my room rate. But I am on a budget and need to shower.

Worst service you will get in Memphis. The woman with the blonde “hair”/wig needs a new job cause she is the manger lol. Then they have a security guard manager that is as slow as a turtle. Rude unprofessional
