Came here for my kid's fishing birthday wish. There was a short trail from the parking lot to a quiet spot in the river, and it was shady. A train went by. It smelled wonderful and something must be in bloom that I didn't see. There were picnic tables and a BBQ and some people were enjoying lunch, family time, walking dogs. Subtracted a star because the portapotty was so full one kid wouldn't use it and because there was a not-insignificant amount of dog poop on ground.

Quiet little place. No playground equipment. Just a nice walking path and some spots to fish along the river. Beautiful flowers in spring and colorful foliage in fall. ADA ramp down to the river and paved paths. No restrooms or services.
