If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam, and if you sign up and cancel, they will try to continue charging you. I wasn’t aware when I signed up you cannot cancel for two months. When I tried to cancel, they made it extremely difficult. I had to go into their location and cancel in person. They then tried to sell me on a reduced package. When I put my foot down and demanded they cancel, their system conveniently “went down.” The front desk person assured me they would take care of it, but feeling like the whole operation was questionable, I cancelled my card number immediately (plug for AppleCard for having that capability of having virtual card numbers). Sure enough, on the day I was scheduled for my payment, The Joint tried to run my card for the charge! One of the staff up front was talking on her cell phone about something clearly personal, and I was asked to sit and wait. You definitely get what u pay for. The initial consultation is what sold me as the guy went in depth asking me a lot of questions and did a great adjustment. Guess that was the “sales pitch.” After that, the chiropractors spent 30 seconds asking about primary concerns, and then less time adjusting. You definitely get what you pay for. I wonder how many of them are “rejects” who couldn’t get hired anywhere else.

I stopped by last weekend and I was in and out within minutes. Dr. Ben was nice, attentive, and very delightful to speak with. The practice is in a wonderful location and everyone inside is just great, and you walk out relieved and well adjusted. I highly recommend!

Yes. Whenever you go in for an adjustment, they do your whole body. Just whatever needs it at the time.
You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.

They only perform manual adjustments based on your symptoms and only if you are deemed healthy enough to receive them without being further injured. Very bare bones facility but worth it for the price.
