There’s a very good reason why this location has such low ratings. The pharmacy has nothing but a lack of professionalism, and I’m a healthcare provider myself. They’re boarderline clueless. I’ve been screwed by the same pharmacist lady twice now. Once for not informing me of their running out of covid tests before I arrived to my appointment further pushing back my date to see my patients (yes I had to cancel 3 days of patients because of her laziness and she doesn’t even know) and now she couldn’t even find my prescription that I had clearly refilled (and verified by the automated system). Her lack of communication and attitude would never be welcomed at my practice, let me tell you something. 0 stars if I could. And this is the first review I’ve ever written. My father, a physician of 35 years and his PA were both dealt with rudely as well when they called in. The audacity to also be rude to doctors that have called in! I’ve read the reviews. This place needs to be cleaned out. Two thumbs down.

Brian Marcandel, the pharmacy manager, lied to me and seemingly tampered with my medical information, making this one of the worst pharmacy situations I have witnessed. Mr. Grear the store manager is kind and helpful for a situation that Brian has put them in that cannot be rectified.

The other reviews and ratings of this Walgreens say it all. My review is for the pharmacy specifically. The pharmacy is full of incompetent and unprofessional people - especially the male “pharmacist” that is balding. He shouldn’t be allowed to talk to the public. Don’t get me wrong they have a couple of super amazing people. The lady that gave me my covid shots and one of the pharmacy techs are two of the best people I’ve encountered at Walgreens. I went there today to get tested for covid and had a scheduled appointment. The pharmacy tech told me I missed my appointment and it had been scheduled for March 3rd. I wasn’t even sick or showing symptoms on March 3rd and hadn’t logged in to look at scheduling an appointment until March 4th at 415p. I scheduled the appointment for March 6th in the late morning and have multiple confirmation emails stating so. When they told me I missed my appointment I attempted to show the tech the confirmation email WITH my appointment details on it. She put the phone down when I was mid sentence to walk away to get the pharmacist who refused to even look at my email confirmation or take the confirmation number. I explained that there is no way I scheduled the appointment for the 3rd because i wasn’t sick at that time. He wouldn’t listen to me and kept talking over me. He then put the phone down from his ear and thought he had covered the receiver with his hand (even though he didn’t) going on to talk poorly about me to the other staff. He came back on the phone and told me to stop yelling at him when I wasn’t even talking to him at the time. When I told him I wasn’t yelling at him he continued to yell at me and talk over me threatening to call the police and have me removed. For what?? Trying to be seen at and tested for covid at my SCHEDULED time?? The treatment I received was disgusting and disappointing. I’m done with this pharmacy. It seems like every time I need a prescription filled it get cancelled as soon as they receive it from my doctor and there is no explanation. They need to get their systems fixed and train their people to be more empathetic and have better people skills.

Pharmacy can’t fill prescriptions in 7 hours. Lesson learned: don’t choose a pharmacy located near 3 hospitals. Make the drive to the next nearest Walgreen’s. You’ll save a whole day of your life.

You're going to have to call the store. They hold prescriptions sometimes.
