Dr. Roberts went above and beyond for me. I have some herniated discs and a bunch of other stuff but he was able to make arrangements for me to get a procedure in a short amount of time. I’m grateful for the urgency and recommend Jax spine to everyone. Staff was friendly and fun and the Doc knows how to treat patients and actually cares about you. Most places treat you like a number. This is not that place. Thx Doc and staff!!!

I just want to take a moment to recognize the absolutely amazing teams that help me at JSP- they are always the epitome of reliable caring professionals in their field: Dr. Mann, Will, & Autumn; T. Matt Mattos & Casey; and in addition both Halle & Shawnda are always absolutely the most wonderful people to start & end my visits with; and because I wish I wrote these reviews more frequently - both Dr. Mann's prior assistant Joy and Stephanie at the front desk were also amazing parts of this entire team too, along with the amazing Dr. Hanes, Sullybeth, & Marija of course. Thank you for providing top notch medical care and helping to provide so much relief during what can be a difficult journey at times.

Dr. Reddy was a real pleasure to meet. His practice is in need of some professionals. I was scheduled for a back brace fitting. Sat for an hour, finally I asked if I was forgotten about? Oh no, there's no one here to fit you for the brace. Ok, a phone call that they would not be coming to fit me would of been nice. Now when I call, they treat me like I was the problem. My time is just as important as yours. They're ready to schedule you, don't bother trying to get assistance after that. Don't dare show up for a brace fitting, and be stood up, because you're the one that's wrong. Awful.

A one star review is for cleanliness only. Getting to see an actual doctor there is a challenge. They are apparently well equipped with assistants. At my 3rd visit when it was decided that the injections would not be a good option for me, I drove again 90 miles one way to see Dr. Roberts to discuss the details/procedures of an upcoming surgery. After seeing 3 different assistants I was informed that I would only be seeing a physicians assistant to discuss my surgery and not the doctor that would be holding the knife. I did not feel that something I would be comfortable with and that I would only discuss a surgery with the doctor himself. I was told he was not available and that this was standard procedure. Needless to say I left and have not been back. Their ability to understand a patients concerns is a bit lacking, I was in short told that's the way it works. I have since moved on to a physician in Daytona Beach that is giving me great care that has an understanding of a patients concerns and not just their procedures. If you live close by and you don't mind the bartender cooking your steak, go for it.

Not sure but Humana yes
In couple of weeks
Patient portal in my experience is not monitored and is unreliable. You have to call and leave a message and even then staff doesn't follow through unless you keep calling. Hospital administration never reaches out for patient input. It is a very poorly run business but in their case because of their clients they can get away with it. I would love to see competition in the industry but sadly they are probably all like Jacksonville Spine.
Edith, Our greatest apologies. We are open and taking appointments. We have had a servixe issue with AT&T that they are trying to resolve as quickly as possible.
The best way to find out is to call the office
