So i got my atv serviced here a few months ago, all i needed was a oil change tune up, atv was working fine. Then john picked it up and i got it back couple weeks later after he said it be a few days... well not even an hour later and it wont start. Called him back and he picked up the next day to get it back few days later. Well now it cuts off randomly. Took it out today with the family and it cuts off on me wont turn back on. Its on the side of the road now. Having spent 800 with them is the worst decision of my life. Should have never went with them they just ripped me off my hard earned money...

Update: my cart that they fixed for the SECOND time a month ago has already broken down again. Shop said they replaced the voltage regulator and they definitely didn’t (the regulator in there is clearly not a brand new part). So now the starter generator burned out for a third time. Please go somewhere else for your service needs.

Great customer service with John and really nice place to buy four-wheelers and ATVs, a bit pricey and not open to any negotiation, but they have very nice services and offer repairs and maintenance of needed in the future.

Place is a total joke. Took nearly 2 months to "fix" my moped and it's still not working. Poor communication and almost 2 months at their shop and it was still not fixed when they gave it back. Go elsewhere.
