I would not recommend progressive at all in NC. They added a family member to my policy, that does not drive my car and has his own policy to my policy and took a huge amount of $ from my bank account with out my permission. Because I had bank drafts set up for the amount we agreed upon! Now I can not get refunded for 10-14 days!!! That is not right at all. All of those commercials are false advertising, I have never had this issue with any other insurance company, I will not ever use Progressive again!!

Unethical company from top to bottom ! The premium increased by 55% in three years, without a single claim. When I left, Progressive charged me $206 cancellation fee.

Do not people do not get vehicle insurance from progressive because they don’t pay their claims !! and they only pay for superficial damage which you can see with your own eyes not what pass damage is cause from accident they will not pay for any other fixes just paint no other damages
