I have no complaint about the food. What I do have a problem with is cockroaches. During my recent visit with my children. My daughter had to use the bathroom. On our way to the restroom in the customer line there was a squished dead roach on the floor for everyone to see. I thought gross they should pick that up until we made it in the bathroom and a large dead one was on the floor in the bathroom. The floor was sticky and disgusting. Leaving the restroom a quick glance behind the counter and my God! I will never eat there again. This place should not be open to serve if they have roaches. I am disgusted!!! If you love pepper Jack find a different location because the Ralston Location is not where it’s at.

Another Awesome customer service experience from Spencer & Mike at Pepper Jax Park Drive. Location. These guys are fast friendly and can make one hell of a sandwich! Swing on by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed. From my family to yours thanks again.

This place is the worst pepperjax ever. They can't flow simple instructions on an order ticket of no jalapeños and no beans. The time before this sauce on the side was to complicated. My order showed up drowning in sauce. Called the manager he couldn't care less. Clearly no one cares. Go somewhere else. This stores a joke. I dont know why but my.nachos are full of water . My rice bowl is lacking rice and its cold and bland. Yuck. Tried them again on 11/9/ 21 via door dash. This is by far the most unappealing thing I have ever received.this rice bowl is so wet the container can't even handle its contents. And the rice is grossly undercooked. It's crunchy and flavorless.. the container is completely collapsed. I had to add my own plate to it. And it's cold. Plus the fries are undercooked, greasy, mushy, cold, and soggy. I love the pepperjax by my work. Now I work from home and am stuck with this store. I won't be back personally but I would not recommend them or if you dare make sure ypu go in and supervise your food preparation because clearly the manager doesn't. What a disappointment
