Unreliable service - too many outages in Elkhorn - why am I paying for services that are not available? Do I get a refund...no! Where is the redundancy? I work from home, and I need to have the internet - hey Cox this is your bread and butter...it's your job to provide stable internet access - you should be ashamed

I amended our COX contract to save $600 per month, so I was told. I have a signed contract that they have never executed. They've stolen $1800 over 90 days so far but I am assured I'll have a credit once they process it. Can't reach CS on phone unless you have 45 minutes to wait before being transferred to another rep who can't help too.

My elderly mother‘s had cox for years without a late payment. She missed her payment unknowingly and Cox hounded her with phone calls and emails everyday and still shut her cable service off even though it wasn’t even 30 days late yet. Please report Cox communications to the Douglas County district attorney for violating the fair debt collection act and harassment debt collections actions every time they harass you for payment and/or shut your services off before 30 days late. It seems like they’re looking for a class action lawsuit to happen before they change their practices

Look at your router logs to see what devices are on your Wi-Fi and to lock them out you can black list them or change your Wi-Fi password
