Started with no experience and was welcomed into the community on day one. Completed the 6-week build up program and then started classes in MMA, Grappling, and strength. Hery Heney, yes we do. We have many classes every week that would serve you well. Our average demographic is 38 to 55 A we currently host over 400 classes a month. I invite you to stop in and I'll gladly give you a free week trial to try R classes, check out our trainers, and get a feel for our culture. What we do is unique and unlike any other training center you'll come across. I have no doubt you'll absolutely love it!
