Super bummed that I couldn't get anywhere with the sales team here. They had a vehicle I wanted to view, but the sales rep I called said the vehicle may have damage and was going to check and confirm. Never heard back. And then the BDC department reached out and said they'd have the sales rep message back and that never happened. Well aware that I was coming from Brighton so I blocked off half of my day and never heard back. Really frustrated and disappointed. Saw great reviews and thought this would be an easy process but seems like they aren't motivated to reach out... two stars because while neither rep followed up, at least they were nice. --- After some repeated messages to the dealer, a sales rep did get back to me. So I'll bump it to 3 stars because at least someone tried eventually :)

Tony was a fantastic person to deal with. After the initial phone call he went above and beyond what our expectations. He was willing to work with us to get the vehicle we were interested in. We asked him about an '06 Dodge Ram. He showed us that truck, was instrumental in getting us a test drive, and informative in regards to that particular truck He was absolutely non- judgmental in his dealings with us. A first for me is that yes we will definitely contact him again if and when the needs arise. We will steer our friends towards him should they ask. Thank you Tony
