I've been shopping at NewStart Consignment for years. Thomas and Alvin are friendly and outgoing with a fun sense of humor. Thomas is a sharp business man and he is honest. When I visited his shop after about a year he bought to my attention that I had store credit which I completely forgot about. He has quality items arranged in an organized fashion.
