I believe you can ask really nicely for just thighs and wings. And for chicken by the piece they have set process for X amount.

Just came from Roxbury’s Popeyes and was threatened by one of the workers! Came out side and said how I was this n that and would kick my a..wow, what should I do??

They do not answer the phone. I have tried it many times. So no.
