They could have been at lunch or busy with a surgery. Sometimes they only have 1 person to answer. Rare tho.
I'm not sure what the question is here. But if you're asking about dr. Farley, he's the best. He treats every animal as if it were his own.

Sometimes there are programs with the county that are little to no cost based on income or benefits that you might receive food stamps Medicaid etc
They are very helpful. Call them and I'm sure they will let u know if they do or somewhere that does.
