Usually love Panera. But this location seems to be hit or miss on food prep. Seems like every time I come to this one. Something is wrong with my order. From cold soup to frozen chicken on the salad.

Takeout person never said hello and ask for order. Required saying hello after waiting 5 minutes to gain attention. Uncertain if this was due to no notice to the worker or lack of employees. Order was wrong as well. Total time through the whole process was 20 minutes.
