I love this place! I’ve been going for over a year now and try new things periodically! They have never steered me the wrong way and The laser is TO DIE FOR ! I didn’t even need to get bikini bleaching for my skin to turn it’s natural color, just laser! I would definitely recommend! EDIT (8/22): this place has gone down hill after Covid. Some of the best employees no longer work there and some treatments that ive received post-Covid (new laser & cryo therapy) didn't even work. I spoke to management & nothing was ever resolved. They just said I never got results because I didn't come back enough (or in time). Many excuses. I was an ambassador for them & spoke highly because the staff and treatments were amazing but im afraid I can't say the same and some of the staff is very rude & ive had the same feedback from other customers.

This could change, just moved to the area. Services seem right however if the person who answers the phone (2/5/22) is unaccomodating ruins the excitement for wanting to come here. Receptionist put me hold, phones hangs up. Call back rings and click! Two times .. very obvious the person picked up and hung up. Finally get her on the phone to ask about a facial service and told her about me calling and getting hung up on.. no apology or acknowledgment.. just a “ well how can I help u!” Someone please address this …because I was very interested in coming here! ———————————— Manager reached out and said the issue was addressed… also before I was able to get ANY service. 1 to a 4/5… it’s expensive! That’s my only complaint 🙂 Update** I love it here. Like to give credit where credit is due!!!

Extremely rude manager/owner. I had to cancel the same day, for medical reasons, as directed by my clinic, to avoid laser treatments to my pelvic region since I had a procedure yesterday, as it may cause complications. I was only told the same day of my appt at Blue when they have me post op instructions. I tried to explain and she treated me as if I was lying and said she didn’t care and would charge me a $50 fee anyway. I begged her to call the clinic to verify and would authorize for her to speak to anyone to confirm. She refused repeatedly and said if they didn’t send something in writing right then, she would still charge me. Finally, after her being extremely condescending and rude, I kept asking what I could do to prove I was being honest and for her to stop treating me this way, she allowed me to send an email but provide proof from my own patient portal. I called back to confirm and was put on hold and dismissed. I knew what was happening and stayed on until someone addressed me. She finally said she would accept my “proof” but don’t let it happen next time. As a physician, I would never be okay with a patient being treated so poorly as I was today. So silly for them to lose a client who would have spent more and given more business had this been handled with more courtesy. Will never return.
