Had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on at photo. Then she says "what's your last name?". I was there for a passport photo, not to pick up photos. She then said we are not currently taking them. Then like she had to think about it...our camera doesn't work. Whatever. Terrible customer sevice

Scheduled Covid vaccines for 2 children. 1st person behind the counter said they didn’t have them. Another said. “Yes, we do.” As of now, we have berm waiting for 50 minutes. The kids came with their little bags of ice to numb their arms & a treat for afterwards . They’re now half asleep and the ice has long since melted. This is unacceptable.

Great for over the counter items, but I didn't get seen for my 2pm appointment until 3:10. I had to remind them twice, and others also there for the vaccine had the same experience.
