Pharmacy is extremely slow and the only reason we used cvs over other pharmacies is because they were 24 hours. They are noon 24 hours so we will no longer use this poorly run pharmacy

I am disabled Veteran. Working 2 full time jobs to make ends meet, means I have very limited time to take care of myself. That led to me going to a “in network” urgent care instead of the VA because of operation hours. The urgent care sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy that refused to fill them. They transferred them to this CVS. However, my prescriptions were being denied for a unknown reason. The new manager, Paula, daughter of a Veteran, decided that I wasn’t going to leave without my prescriptions and made numerous calls on my behalf until she got the proper authorization. Customer service far exceeded any expectations. Personally, because of that fantastic pharmacy manager, I will be returning.

I like the CVS drive thru for picking up prescriptions. It so convenient for that. The techs and pharmacists at the drive thru are very knowledgeable.
