Edit: This campground has done a huge cleanup now and it's looks MUCH better.... But the price has again taken a BIG price jump again in less than a year. There are still basically no amenities to justify the raise in my eyes. It's not a great campground. The one plus... It's very quiet. There is also a mobile home community joined with the campground. It also has taken a big cleanup and looks so much better except for the snowbird sites, those lots are not kept up all year . The people are friendly and the park is very quiet. Back to the campground tho... It's also just taken a huge price hike for campers too. The campground itself is very wooded, somewhat overgrown and really buggy. This is an all age campground that allows pets and kids... lots of kids... but they don't seem to monitor how many pets folks have or size or temperament. There are only a couple amenities, the one stall shower bathhouse is very dark and VERY outdated and when I was inside , very dirty. They have added a laundry area. It's clean but the washers only take credit/debit cards. There is a meeting place but not open to residents to use, the doors kept locked unless there is a meeting, church or pot luck. The park is very overpriced, and they advertise wifi...... That wifi sucks! It is off 75 percent of the time or the signal is SO weak you can't use it. It isn't cheap at 50 bucks a month. The campground is run by a management company, there is a good manager on duty to handle any problems during the week. The campground is basically full of year round residents with not the cleanest of sites. My advice keep moving down the road as there are more camp/rv sites just up the road with full amenities for less, about the same or very little more than what these people charge.

Lived here 17 yrs. Quiet, large lots probably 60-80×120-140 ft. Small park, within 7 miles of grocery store, mostly pine trees. A close nit group of home owners have loved being here

We stayed in a lot of dives while rving over the years but this place deserves some sort of reward for the worst we have ever stayed . I am sorry now I took all that time to contact someone to give them $45 bucks (they should pay you to stay here ) Just look the other way if your tempted or tired . Pull into a rest area or a Walmart or Lowes because both have better amenities.

Questions & Answers

I have a motorcycle tent camper. I'm looking for a place to setup for about a month. What is your monthly rate? Do you have a 110 hookup? Please advise.

Yes they have some tent sites with 110volt power. The rent per month is less than $300. They have showers and toilets. Not plush but clean and functional.

Hi Judy, right now all my long-term lots are fully committed through the winter. Please feel free to reach out closer to December if you are still in need and I should have more of an idea if we have anything coming available. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Just go nude when you get there. You'll find out soon enough if true!
