Zo’s is a lovely bubble tea shop! It’s a wonderful environment and great location. To be completely honest, their bubble tea isn’t the best, so if you want really quality tea, you might want to go somewhere else. But their prices are reasonable so if you don’t mind an average bubble tea, it’s a great place. I’m giving a five star review for the service: Leah was working today and was so kind and helpful! She was incredibly friendly and helped explain the different options and what she recommended. The staff made this experience amazing!

Zo's is one of my favorite places in Rochester! The staff members are friendly, and the food + tea are delicious! The chicken tenders are crispy and hot (freshly made) every time. The milk tea comes in so many flavors and is always the perfect level of sweetness!

I was in the area with my sister and we decided to stop in and try Zo’s Bubble Tea for the first time. I’m so glad we did because the Mocha Blast I ordered with the Vanilla macaroon where amazing!!!! I will definitely come in and order again next time I’m in this city.

I was craving a Thai Tea (no boba) this morning and this hit the spot! The owner, Tom, was extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be returning with my daughter who loves Boba!
