This store cheated me out of money and a manager named Samantha Bradle refused to do anything except to refer me to someone overseas. I would recommend you do not shop here or if you do be cautious because you will be overcharged on your credit card and told lies before and after they do it! I specifically asked BEFORE they charged me if there would be a fee and was told no. Then they went ahead and charged the fee anyways. What happened to customer service? It is nonexistent at this store. I will be bringing a small claims lawsuit that will be much much more than their fee.

Went to Kroger's this morning walked up to customer service desk lady ,said front desk not open today ,every time I go there they have no workers ,lady said Kroger's not sheduling poeple the hours ,I usely have to bag my own groceries anyway ,,(come on Kroger's get it together or I start going elsewhere ,, and put more than one person behind meat counter as I and other customers find this a problem also ,,,,
